1.) You can make friends to help you get to your goals. They can motivate you and help provide companionship when you feel down.
2.) You can also make positive choices, like helping people where they need it. Helping an old person walk down the street is a huge satisfaction. Helping others can help make you feel better.

1.) You can help motivate yourself to achieve your goals. By telling yourself "I can do it" you can motivate yourself to push harder.
